šŸ’¬ What I Believe — A Therapist’s Perspective

Life isn’t easy. The challenges we face—whether internal, relational, or circumstantial—can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I believe that having someone walk alongside you can be deeply healing. My goal is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where individuals, families, and children feel safe to explore their stories.

Whether we’re looking back to understand your past or setting intentions for your future, I aim to support you in your journey toward a more aligned, connected, and meaningful life.

šŸ«±šŸ¼ā€šŸ«²šŸ½Who I Work With

I love working with women, caregivers, teens, and children—each bringing their own stories and unique selves into the room.

  • I walk alongside women who feel disconnected from themselves—who sense there's more within, but aren’t sure how to access it yet. Together, we gently explore the parts of you that have taken on burdens, and the inner wisdom that's still very much there.

  • I support parents and caregivers as they explore new tools, shift old patterns, and raise their children with more intention, presence, and compassion—for their kids andĀ for themselves.

  • I hold space for teens to explore the stress, identity shifts, and complexity of growing up in today’s world.

  • And I work directly with children through play therapy, giving them a safe place to express what words might not be able to yet.

Through it all, I believe in the sacred work of being human—in all the ways we long to feel seen, safe, and connected in relationship with others. My approach is warm, grounded, and parts-informed—centered on curiosity, compassion, and the belief that healing happens when we lead from Self.

🧩 Special Focus: Families Facing Extra Layers

One area I feel especially called to is supporting children who have developmental delays, neurodivergence, or medical complexities. Life is already incredibly demanding — and when your child faces extra layers, the emotional and physical load can be immense for everyone. I offer support that’s informed, compassionate, and honors the fact that you’re only human.

I work not only with these children, but also with their parents and siblings. I've seen the silent pressure families carry and the toll it can take. That’s why I create a space where you as the parent can express frustration, grief, hope, and confusion — without guilt or fear of judgment, because you deserve support too. And I believe siblings need space of their own as well — to process their experience, feel seen, and be supported in their own unique role.

šŸ’› Final Thoughts

I believe therapy and consulting is more than problem-solving — it’s about returning to your Self, reclaiming emotional agency, and building healthier relationships with yourself and those around you.

If you’re seeking a therapist or consultant who offers both structure and deep compassion, I’d be honored to work with you.
