š¬ What I Believe ā A Therapistās Perspective
Life isnāt easy. The challenges we faceāwhether internal, relational, or circumstantialācan leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I believe that having someone walk alongside you can be deeply healing. My goal is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where individuals, families, and children feel safe to explore their stories.
Whether weāre looking back to understand your past or setting intentions for your future, I aim to support you in your journey toward a more aligned, connected, and meaningful life.
š«±š¼āš«²š½Who I Work With
I love working with women, caregivers, teens, and childrenāeach bringing their own stories and unique selves into the room.
I walk alongside women who feel disconnected from themselvesāwho sense there's more within, but arenāt sure how to access it yet. Together, we gently explore the parts of you that have taken on burdens, and the inner wisdom that's still very much there.
I support parents and caregivers as they explore new tools, shift old patterns, and raise their children with more intention, presence, and compassionāfor their kids andĀ for themselves.
I hold space for teens to explore the stress, identity shifts, and complexity of growing up in todayās world.
And I work directly with children through play therapy, giving them a safe place to express what words might not be able to yet.
Through it all, I believe in the sacred work of being humanāin all the ways we long to feel seen, safe, and connected in relationship with others. My approach is warm, grounded, and parts-informedācentered on curiosity, compassion, and the belief that healing happens when we lead from Self.
š§© Special Focus: Families Facing Extra Layers
One area I feel especially called to is supporting children who have developmental delays, neurodivergence, or medical complexities. Life is already incredibly demanding ā and when your child faces extra layers, the emotional and physical load can be immense for everyone. I offer support thatās informed, compassionate, and honors the fact that youāre only human.
I work not only with these children, but also with their parents and siblings. I've seen the silent pressure families carry and the toll it can take. Thatās why I create a space where you as the parent can express frustration, grief, hope, and confusion ā without guilt or fear of judgment, because you deserve support too. And I believe siblings need space of their own as well ā to process their experience, feel seen, and be supported in their own unique role.
