Healing Begins When You Truly Feel Seen
Therapy isn’t just for the hardest days—
though it can hold those too.
It’s also for anyone ready to feel more connected,
more grounded, and more fully themselves.
I support women, caregivers, teens, and children
through trauma, life transitions,
and the ongoing journey of becoming who they are.
Therapy here is rooted in Internal Family Systems, play therapy,
sand tray, and other experiential methods —
always gentle, grounded, and meeting you right where you are.

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
What We Do
What We Do
I support clients across the lifespan using an Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed approach, helping each person connect with their most grounded, authentic Self. With adult women, I focus on untangling old patterns, strengthening self-trust, and creating space for emotional clarity and healing. In my parent and caregiver coaching, I help adults understand their child’s inner world, reduce reactive cycles, and build more connected, confident relationships at home.
I also work with children through play therapy and expressive modalities, offering developmentally attuned ways for them to communicate, regulate, and make sense of their experiences. With teens, I blend IFS, expressive tools, and relational work to give them a safe place to explore identity, emotions, and the challenges they’re navigating. Across all ages, my goal is to create a compassionate space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
01

Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems helps you meet every part of yourself with compassion and curiosity—whether it’s an anxious one, a perfectionist, an inner wounded child, or parts you’re only beginning to notice. Our goal is to help those parts feel safer, less alone, and more supported within you.
02

Parenting Support
I support parents with curiosity, compassion, and practical tools as they navigate the complexities of raising children. Whether you're processing your own triggers, learning new ways to connect, or making sense of your child’s behavior, I offer a space to feel seen and supported.
03

Play is their language. Toys are their words.
Play therapy helps children process trauma and big emotions they may not yet have words for—allowing healing to unfold in ways that feel safe, natural, and just right for them.
04

Teens
I work with teens by offering a grounded, nonjudgmental space where they can explore who they are and what they’re navigating. Using IFS-informed work and expressive tools like sand tray, I help them understand their emotions and build trust in themselves. My focus is on helping teens feel seen, supported, and empowered to move through challenges with more clarity and confidence.
