Healing Begins When You're Truly Seen

Therapy isn’t just for the hardest days—though it can hold those too. It’s also for anyone ready to feel more connected, more grounded, and more fully themselves.

I support women, caregivers, teens, and children in Tennessee through trauma, life transitions, and the ongoing journey of becoming who they are.
Therapy here is rooted in Internal Family Systems, play therapy, sand tray, and other experiential methods — always gentle, grounded, and meeting you right where you are.

Ready to Begin Your Inner Work?

Whether you're seeking healing or momentum, there's space for you here.

Teens

I help teens find their voice and make sense of their inner world in ways that feel safe and real.
Through experiential approaches like sand tray, art, and play-based techniques, we tap into their creativity and curiosity — often unlocking insights that words alone can’t reach.
This work gives them space to explore who they are, build resilience, and feel truly seen.

A Safe Place to Feel, Express, and Heal

Therapy with me is grounded in presence, play, and deep listening. Whether you're a parent seeking help for your child, a teen feeling overwhelmed, or a woman navigating transitions or trauma, this space is built for you. I blend play therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and narrative approaches to help you move from stuck to Self-led. In every session, we slow down and tune in — because healing happens when you're met exactly where you are.

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

What We Do

Coaching that fits real life. Whether you're managing parenting challenges, navigating a personal reset, or simply feeling stretched thin — coaching offers grounded, real-world support. We’ll clarify what matters most, set meaningful goals, and take steps that feel doable and aligned — without the pressure. When life feels fast or disconnected, coaching helps you slow down, reconnect with your rhythm, and move forward with intention. Sessions are virtual, flexible, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

01

Play is their language. Toys are their words.

Play therapy helps children process trauma and big emotions they may not yet have words for—allowing healing to unfold in ways that feel safe, natural, and just right for them.

02

Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems helps you meet every part of yourself with compassion and curiosity—whether it’s the anxious one, the protector, the inner wounded child, or parts you’re only beginning to notice.

03

Parenting Support

I support parents with curiosity, compassion, and practical tools as they navigate the complexities of raising children. Whether you're processing your own triggers, learning new ways to connect, or making sense of your child’s behavior, I offer a space to feel seen and supported.

04

Adult Women

I walk alongside women navigating the layers of identity, relationships, and life transitions — holding space for both their strength and their tender edges.
Our work may explore old patterns, unspoken grief, or the quiet pull toward something new, always with compassion and curiosity. Together, we create space for clarity, healing, and self-trust to take root.
