What Is Consulting, Really?

Consulting isn’t therapy — and it is not a substitute for mental health treatment. These sessions do not include diagnosis, treatment planning, or medical advice. Instead, they are transformational conversations that use parts work–informed insight, deep listening, and a grounded, practical approach to help you clarify what you want, understand what’s in the way, and take the next right step.

If therapy is about healing what’s behind you, consulting is about shaping what’s ahead — with intention and Self-trust.

While my therapy services are only available to residents of Tennessee, consulting is open to individuals anywhere. (If you are a Tennessee resident seeking therapy, please visit my Therapy page linked above.)
